2. Cancellation Policy

Phone Orders (Pickup Orders Only)

  • Orders placed by phone can be canceled if the request is made BEFORE food preparation begins.

  • Once food preparation has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Customers must call us immediately to request a cancellation.

Delivery Orders (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.)

  • Orders placed through third-party delivery services (e.g., UberEatsDoorDashcannot be canceled through us.

  • Customers must follow the cancellation policies of the respective platform.

3. Refund Policy

Phone Orders (Pickup Orders Only)

  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If an order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately upon pickup. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Unsatisfied with Food Quality: If you are unsatisfied with your meal, please notify us within 30 minutes of pickup. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

  • No-Show Orders: If you do not pick up your order and do not notify us, the order will not be refunded.

Delivery Orders (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.)

  • Refund requests for delivery orders must be handled directly with the third-party platform used to place the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays, missing items, or service issues caused by third-party delivery services.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not included in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Some items non-refundable due to food safety regulations and customization. These include:

  • Custom or special request orders.

  • Orders that have been partially consumed.

  • Any food items that have been taken off-premises and not reported immediately.

5. Late Pickup Policy

  • Orders that are not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may no longer be fresh or suitable for consumption.

  • No refunds will be provided for orders that are left unclaimed beyond the designated pickup time.

  • Customers are encouraged to inform us in advance if they are running late.

6. Large Orders & Catering Cancellations

  • Catering orders or large group orders (orders exceeding $100) require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Deposits for catering services are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within the required timeframe.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may result in a partial charge to cover preparation costs.
